Hi, I’m Kimberly Maiers — Certified Health & Life Coach and midlife wellness guide (peri-to-post menopause)… and a real woman who’s been there. I'm still there.

Hashimoto’s was my first wake-up call. It led me to functional and holistic healing that changed everything several years ago.
Then midlife brought “round two” — new symptoms, shifting hormones, and a whole new level of insight (after I got past denial).
Now I help women stop pushing through and start working with their bodies and natural cycles.
