Hi, I’m Kimberly Maiers — Certified Health & Life Coach and Fast Like a Girl Coach — passionate about helping midlife women reconnect with their bodies and rediscover who they truly are (maybe even better than before).

I know firsthand how it feels to be stuck in a body — and mind — that just aren’t cooperating. Foggy. Frustrated. Exhausted. I’ve been there.

My first wake-up call came with Hashimoto’s. That’s when I turned to functional and holistic healing, and it changed everything.

Then midlife brought round two — shifting hormones, strange new symptoms, and yes, a whole new level of wisdom (after some good old-fashioned denial 😅).

Now, I guide women like you to stop pushing through and start working with your body — not against it.

My approach is personalized and deeply holistic. I combine:
