Hi, I’m Kimberly Maiers — Certified Health & Life Coach and midlife wellness guide (peri-to-post menopause)… and a real woman who’s been there. I'm still there.

I know what it’s like to feel foggy, frustrated, and stuck in a body — and a brain — that just aren’t cooperating. Stressed. Confused.

Hashimoto’s was my first wake-up call. It led me to functional and holistic healing that changed everything several years ago.

Then midlife brought “round two” — new symptoms, shifting hormones, and a whole new level of insight (after I got past denial).

Now I help women stop pushing through and start working with their bodies and natural cycles.

My approach blends hormonal rhythms, metabolic strategies like fasting and cycle-based eating, and the habit and mindset work that makes real change stick — all personalized to your body, your season, and your life.

Even with its challenges — you know, those things that you thought were old people problems—come epiphanies and soul-reflections (we’ll work through all of this together). This season has power. (AND you're not old.)
